Good neighborhood Hotel

This hotel is a friendly refuge in the suburbs of Hamburg. It has contemporary style with decorations focused on beer brewing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It was not crowded or noisy. It is a few blocks form the S barn station and the grocery store is across a busy street. Those ar minimal complaints.

Leider habe ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit diesem Hotel gemacht. Beim Check-in musste ich einen teureren Betrag zahlen, als in der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben war. Nachdem ich die Beträge nochmal geprüft habe, bin ich zur Rezeption und habe um Korrektur bzw. Rückzahlung gebeten. Beim Check-out habe ich die falsche Rechnung ausgehändigt bekommen. Ich habe versucht mein Anliegen telefonisch mit dem Hotel zu klären. Dies war nicht möglich. Auf meine E-Mail wurde dann maximal unfreundlich geantwortet. Von meinem Konto wurden mehrere Male Erstattungen und neue Abbuchungen getätigt. Diese sind überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar. Ein riesiges Chaos.
Im Hotel waren wir abends an der Bar. Die Getränke schmeckten gar nicht und waren dafür viel zu teuer.
Für dieses Hotel würde ich mich nicht erneut entscheiden.
