clean and comfy - nice shower and bathroom

comfortable hotel - only complaint was people in parking lot were loud adjacent to our room but that is not hotel's fault.
Lack of Staff

The hotel recently opened and is therefore very clean. However, they appeared to forget to hire staff. The staff members that checked me in and out were very friendly and patient. My concern is that there was only 1 staff member checking in a long line of guest. When I checked out 1 staff member was both checking guests out and serving breakfast. They both did the very best that they could but were doing the job of 2 or 3 people.
New Hotel and quite comfortable

Checked into another property and had to leave. The gentleman at the desk was so very kind as it was after midnight and saw how tired we were. He moved swiftly and offered us beverages. As another GM, I want to applaud you, on training your team!

The hotel overall was fine. The room was clean, though it had an unpleasant odor that lasted our entire stay. The hotel itself was mostly clean, and the breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly upon check-in. Ingress and egress to the property were a bit challenging. I had higher hopes going into our stay.

Very confusing to enter and exit the hotel. Your next to a truck stop so you hear truck noise if you on a roadside room. Pool tucked! Contruction material and dust and over.

Great location. New property. Staff is amazing. Beds are comfortable. Convenient location to Hershey park.!

We stayed here for one night and we considered this as the best hotel in the area. The room is very cleaned and organized. It is very minimalist.
The staff are awesome and it has a free breakfast. One thing that we also like is that this hotel has a swimming pool which my children really loved.
A bad stay.

There was black mold on the ceiling kids running upstairs it was very loud outside and you can hear everything and the ac was very loud

We were presently surprised when we booked as some of the reviews are bad
We found the hotel very clean and bright. The beds were super comfy and had a very nice TV. We actually liked that there was no carpet and floors were very clean
The entrance is a little out of the way from the parking lot
Need some hooks in bathrooms closer to shower to hang towels.
Loved our stay would definatley visit again

Unlike other properties coffee available 24/7. Coffee beans ground for each cup
Entire property clean, friendly staff. Had mobility room, spacious room and bathroom. Shower spacious and very low entry. We spent 3 night no issues.
For business or leisure THIS IS THE GO TO PROPERTY. ABSOLUTE PERFECTION
