Very pleasant to look at very warm feel to it and I love that they have a quiet time between 10 pm and the am hours love it. The staff was great and greeted me nicely.

Location was great. This hotel is on a strip where there is tons of food options and quick run to stores. Was very close to sight and sounds theater. I will say it was
Clean for the most part. The water machine in the lobby was not however. It gives still and sparkling water but when I looked at the sprout It was black slimy stuff on it I used a white napkin to show to the staff at the time but it was not cleaned,

DEDE OR DIDI WAS SUPER NICE OH SHE WAS A DOLL! Took care of us!

The Pool was CLEAN! I smelled the chorine as we walked in and it smelled so good! I could tell they took care of the pool! We will return!

My absolute favorite place to stay when I’m in town. Good breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds….they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of.

This was my first time staying in an Avid Hotel as an IHG Silver Elite member. I believe the Lancaster, PA location is relatively new. It is a beautiful building in a very convenient location. The front desk clerk that checked me in was wonderful and very pleasant. I wish I got her name. Our room was on the fourth floor and faced the main road, but I never heard the traffic. In fact, I didn't hear anything. We used the free breakfast only once and it was simple, but delicious. Our room was spacious and bed/pillows were high quality. I LOVED the walk-in shower instead of the usual tub/shower. I will definitely use Avid again if available at my destination.

Everything from check-in to checkout was awesome. Great team members here that actually work as a team and it shows. Room was clean, breakfast was good, the lobby was awesome. Family games are available to play.

Comfortable Bed but small room with no closet

Hotel is nice overall - Staff was great. The room was on the small side with no closet or draw space but the bed was Very Comfortable. Nice breakfast in the mornings. Overall it was a nice stay and a good location.

One and Done - Never again

I choose AVID because of a personal recommendation. It was a little pricey; but I hoped for a good experience. Not so.
The heat pump is located 2 feet from the bed; so hot or cold; but the real issue was the road noise.
One side of the hotel overlooks a beautiful Amish pasture, the other side is US30 with all night traffic. Trucks with jake break and hot cars zooming through. Sleep is all but impossible.

This is a 1 and done. I am in Lancaster monthly for shows and will look elsewhere for lodging.

I do NOT recommend this property

The hotel is fairly new, very clean and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but didn't have the usual waffles. Coffee was OK. The only downside is the hotel is right along a main highway. It was quite noisy.

Great customer service. The breakfast was delicious and Mr. Leroy was very accommodating. This place is a hidden gem. The cherry on top was the EV chargers. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
