Overall the stay was great, the room was beautiful and spacious. Check in and check out was quick and easy and both men were polite and friendly, especially Johnathan. When I come back to visit I would definitely book here again.

The rooms were lovely. The bathroom could use a ventilation fan thanks to my significant other. I understand the minimal breakfast but possibly a bagel and cream cheese or boiled eggs instead of packaged muffins. The front desk was very nice to us and let us check in earlier than original check in time. I Would definitely stay there again.

Staff was great to work with. hotel was clean, i was slightly sad they never opened the pool and closed the fitness room- of course COVID was the reason, washer and dryers were ok- dryer would get too hot even on the low setting and both dryers and washers would break down quite often, room was great, spacious for my needs,

Filling out this survey as a follow-up to a previous one. The staff, specifically Angel, have continued to go above and beyond. No issue is left unaddressed if there was even one to come to light. I will continue to use this location. This is a great place to stay when working out of town weekly.

very clean, updated, and conveniently located. Breakfast was grab and go and not a buffet due to covid, but was ok considering.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff provides excellent customer service, and takes pride in their work. There were two discrepancies that I encountered during my stay. The front desk staff has no knowledge of Yelp offering IHG Bonus Points once you check in. The second discrepancy is the hot water in shower takes some time to heat up. Outside of that, I enjoyed my stay at this property.
