Very friendly staff, I did a late night check in & they made that easy. I had two rooms both were nice. P.s. you need your key card to use the elevator. I've never seen this before.

Staff training lacking, but overall great experience.

This hotel has a MIA shuttle, which is great. The shuttle drivers were prompt and friendly. The front desk staff needs better training, but it didn't effect our overall stay. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

I like the hotel, it is a nice new hotel and close to the airport...good breakfast and nice friendly people that work there, will go back to this same hotel and the experience was very nice overall. also, will recommend to my friends

Lovely bedding

The bedding itself was lovely but the bed seemed more like a full size bed rather then a queen. We were thankful that we were at least able to store our luggage before we were able to check in although it would've been even better if we had been able to check in earlier.

Overnight in Miami

Flew in from Rio de Janeiro and had a connecting flight the next day. Stayed overnight at Staybridge Suites in Miami. Our shuttle driver, Evelina, went above and beyond to help us in every way. In the morning, a nice young lady named Dee worked the front desk and we were able to check out.

Very close to airport

Very convenient to airport. We had extended family with us, but a 2 bedroom suite was perfect for all of us. Valet service was required but subpar. Driver was inefficient in getting peoples vehicles in the morning and struck a cone with ours. Word of warning that this hotel is directly in flight path of takeoffs from aitport. You'll hear a plane every 60-90 seconds until about midnight. We're from a noisy city so it didn't bother us. Kids loved watching the flight tracker to see where each plane was going. Fast food options were rather far away and in a part of town we were glad we didn't bring kids. Menus and local eatery choices were put under our door after we got back with dinner. Would have preferred they have those to us at check in.

It was ok, staff needs training. Seems to have recently undergone some reno but common area furnishing is VERY outdated. Bar staff was AWFUL! Hotel is close to airport which is good but not close to much without car or shuttle to port
