Good value but not quiet
By andret
If you're a light sleeper, this hotel might prove too noisy. The location is by the Palmetto Expy and pretty much all rooms will face the freeway to some degree. No quiet side. My bed was a bit [More] lop-sided, but the hotel is undergoing upgrades. The staff are very courteous and will attempt to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms are clean and the amenities are what you would expect of a Holiday Inn - all in good order. [Less]
Stuck in Miami

We had to find somewhere to stay in Miami due to a flight lay-over. The room rate was fair, the cab rate to/from the hotel was fair, the rooms and staff were great! The shuttle ride and meal at their [More] sister hotel restaurant was great. Had to leave to early in the morning to try the breakfast-will have to find that out for yourself. Highly recommend. The hotel is very nice! The best Holiday Inn I ever went but It is also the first time in years that I have to pay a bottle of water.... Usually the personnel is very welcoming when a guest arrives [More] in particular a gold member. Here they didn't pay any attention to the level status... If I go back to Miami I will for sure consider it again anyway [Less]
