This hotel was good, the staff at the front was great great amenities and close to airport and my work facilities. Traffic in mornings are a bit chaotic getting in and out of the hotel. So plan accordingly.

I was going to give 5 stars at checkout but when I saw how petty this hotel was by charging me $50 for a hand towel that they said I damaged. In all my years staying at many hotels I was never new that you have to inspect a HAND TOWEL before checkout just to make sure you aren’t billed. If it was that serious I could’ve just replaced it for under $5 but $50 for a worn item used over and over by guests. The sad thing is that I never thought of inspecting all my towels a checkin just in case i was billed for something I didn’t do.

It would be nice if there was some breakfast offered.overall just a great hotel for the value. It’s very clean and the staff are very nice. No complains really at all. Easy check in and nice cupboard.

I am extremely pleased with my experience and stay at this Candlewood suites Hotel. Starting with the excellent staff - I personally want to name, Chris, Igor, Maria, and Annabel. They were all so friendly and very accommodating. They all equally ensured, and went the extra mile that any thing I asked for was provided.
