Overall very comfortable and clean hotel with really good breakfast. Only one thing was not good - very noisy AC in the room. It’s was as loud as factory AC not hotel.

This place was clean! No bugs, no stains in the sheets, no pee on the toilet! Jenn was a great host!!! It was just a great experience for sleeping in peace!

The first room assigned to us was not clean. The lobby was not tidy.

When we got to our room in the evening the door was open. Being younger girls we went down to the front desk and the employee offered to go in first. When he opened the door there were dirty towels on the floor. He was nice and apologized and took the towels. He said housekeeping must have left the door open after they cleaned to remember to grab the towels. The beds were made and we were tired so we just wanted to get to sleep. When we went in to brush our teeth we noticed the garbage was full and there were more dirty towels on the back of the door. My friend also found the ice bucket with melted ice by the tv. I called the desk and asked if we could get a clean room but he said they had no more rooms left. He apologized and came up for the dirty items but as there wasn’t sheets on the ground with the towels I am unsure if the linens were changed which kind of grossed me out. It is a shame because the gal at the front desk at check out was so nice. I let her know and obviously the front desk gentleman overnight knew. They both said they would let their manager know and try to make it right. I have not heard anything further. I am very disappointed as in the past my ihg stays have always been great. I think I might switch to Hilton next time.

My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our stay. We called ahead the night before to explain we were coming from the concert and Cody was more then happy to assist us and help us. From check in to check out it was awesome. We enjoyed the food and all the workers their were so nice! Definitely will recommend again.

This was a last minute booked hotel. We were staying at another hotel in the area but it was not the cleanest. So we left that hotel and came to avid for our last night in Milwaukee. THE HOTEL IS CLEAN! Its so nice and clean and the grab and go breakfast has a decent amount of options. All of the staff we encountered were extremely nice and helpful. It definitely made a difference in our trip and was much appreciated
