I have stayed at an avid hotel in Fayetteville, Arkansas and recently Oklahoma City. The hotels at both locations were perfect for what I needed. Rooms were very comfortable, CLEAN, and the beds were amazing. Highly recommended.

Clean property, friendly staff, and very college style hotel. It has all the basic needs in a room except for a regular coffee maker. Free airport shuttle. Recognized IHG club membership members.

Charged without Stay

I have cancelled my reservation on this hotel by calling front desk days before expected check -in date, but even they have charged me for stay as i dont have cancellation confirmation no. With other hotels I never faced this kind of issues.
I will not recommend this property due to lack of fairness.
Credit card fraud?

I was overcharged exactly $25 on my credit card which makes me wonder if someone at the desk is committing credit card fraud.
The room was comfortable (although smaller than it appears) and the hotel is quiet. But because of the credit card issue, I will not stay here again.

We traveled to Oklahoma City to stay the night for a Oklahoma Sooners football game. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Easy in and out. Friendly staff and food was hot and full for us to eat for breakfast.

Staff awesome room ultra clean, I stay here every time I go to OKC. The location is great because there is a lot of choices for food and it is secure for your vehicle. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a great experience. Stay here, you won’t be sorry

I had no idea AVID was part of the IHG family and after staying here, I know why they are. Clean, consistent, no frills, but top quality in what they offer every time.

I was disappointed with my stay due to the rude front desk staff during both check-in and check-out. Their dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism set a negative tone for the visit. A welcoming and courteous front desk is crucial for a positive experience, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
