I always prefer to write good reviews, but this is not one of those times. Check-in was fine, but after I got my assignment, the clerk tells me oh by the way, our elevator is out of service! You waited until after I checked in, got a room on the 4th floor, was on my way after a long drive, to tell me the elevator is broken?? At least offer me a lower floor room, all I got from her was I just got here 20 minutes ago! How does that help me??
In a decent location, but the workers watch you ..

The first day of our arrival the lady at check out said “thanks for being a reward…. Oh never mind you’re NOT a rewards member sorry..” and I am… so… idk what that was about… Then we got locked out of the actual building and had to walk all the way around in the cold…at 11pm… we got new cards and they said it would work, but we went outside and this time we tested before committing, so my bf had the door for me.. the next day we had to get our keys scanned again because they didn’t work for our rooms again. We kept getting locked out of the building and out of our rooms…
Our other issue was the housekeeping. They were being extremely loud and stayed outside our room for a really long time as I could see them through the peep hole. Every time we went out they stopped what they were doing and STARED AT US. This happened our last stay… but this time it was the same lady and she kept staying by our rooms and staring , so we tried our best to avoid coming back to the hotel, or leaving and seeing them…
Other than that it was okay. The hotel room we had wasn’t the cleanest, but I assumed they focused on staring at people than actually cleaning…

The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel looked decent in the room The accent furniture was looking well worn and the shower's plastic liner was all scuffed up. And the mini fridge was quite small I had enough room for a bottle of cold brew and creamer 2 bottles of Gatorade and 2 monsters I could not get a to-go box of leftovers from dinner into it with those items. Also there was no freezer box at the top inside the fridge like usual so I could not refreeze my ice packs for my journey home. That is the only down sides to the King Standard room that I had for the weekend. The breakfast available was quite simple. Some cold cereals a few granola bars and Jimmy Dean ham and egg sandwiches were available. I'm used to having the eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, toaster items, cold and hot cereals available at IHG hotels. But it was a comfortable room and very clean.

My room and the bed and bedding were more than comfortable providing a great night's sleep! The location of this hotel is excellent and provides numerous entertainment, shopping and dining experiences within a short walk or drive. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about me and my stay here.

HOTEL WAS CONVENIENTLY LOCATED TO THE AREA OF TOWN I WAS VISITING. NICE PROPERTY WITH COMFORTABLE FURNISHINGS. THE BREAKFAST OPTIONS WERE GREAT WITH FRESH GROUND COFFEE AND PLENTY OF TASTY OPTIONS ON THE BAR.

Total stay was great as always and the ladies at the front desk were really nice and helpful . I will always stay here when in the area and will recommend it to all my friends and family for the best bang for the buck ! I love this place and will be be a continued guest .

This hotel was in a perfect location, the staff was phenomenal, grab and go breakfast was excellent, and room was clean, comfortable, and cozy! Great bed and tv. Dove products added to the bathroom experience with the nice shower.

Apon arrival staff was ready to check me in with no problems. Path to my room was clean and cozy. The air was pleasantly fresh and clean. Entering my room seemed the clean and fresh. Toiletries were filled and available, ready for use and seemed inviting.

Great hotel with comfy beds, great wifi, awesome breakfast, and friendly staff. I've stayed here twice and will stay again! I love that I can bring my dog and there's space for him to exercise. They have an outdoor pool for warm months and exercise gym.

This hotel is a lovely, clean, contemporary building. It has all the amenities you want, and its updated style and colors are very nice. It's more on the primary side, which is fine; I just need a good place to sleep for a few days while traveling. Nearby in walking distance, it's excellent, loads of shopping, sit-down restaurants, sports bars... but at a distance, you aren't bothered by noise. The staff here is terrific and accommodating. I like the complimentary hot breakfast or the grab-and-go breakfast.
