I would definitely stay at this or another avid hotel again. It was a great value for the stay. It was very clean and in excellent condition.

Stayed at Avid following departure from our cruise prior to our flight the next day. Staff was pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and very comfortable. No frills but we didn’t need any. I was pleasantly surprised that there was shampoo AND conditioner in the shower. The little things … I didn’t have to unpack to find mine in my luggage. Great experience.

The cleanness of Avid was amazing! The staff polite, kind, and super efficient.
Breakfast had lots of choices! Hot eggs, sausage, and taters. Bagels, toast, oatmeal, fruit, cereal and steaming hot coffee with honey and flavored creamer!

I chose this hotel to stay at after a week on a cruise ship with 3 children. I needed to stay close to the airport and it was convenient. However, it says online that there is a pool at this hotel, and there was not a pool. We were disappointed needless to say. Please update your website. :)

Don't come for the breakfast.

This was my second stay in an AVID hotel and probably my last. On my previous stay, in Lancaster, PA, breakfast choices included Jimmy Dean sausage and egg croissants or biscuits. That is what influenced me to stay at an AVID hotel again. Alas, at this location, they were not available. Hot breakfast offerings consisted of some scrambled yellow stuff which may or may not have been eggs and a steam table pan full of bacon bits that looked absolutely disgusting. So, the room was a 5 but the breakfast was a 1, resulting in an average score of 3 stars.

I've been an IHG member for some years now and have been in multiple locations and in different states. This location was the second best (Orlando Breeze Resort being #1) that I've stayed at. The room decor was by far better than any other location. The hotel looked fairly new. My only issue and the reason for 4 stars is the front desk young lady. When I arrived she wasn't at the desk so I was there for a few minutes before she came out from the back. She didn't look up me nor speak until she got to her computer because she was too busy in her phone. When I came through the lobby three times after that she was STILL deep into her phone, leaning all over the counter, and not looking up to see who is coming through or out. I don't have a problem with anyone being on their phone, especially if they are there alone with no entertainment. My problem is that you're in the customer service business, put the phone down long enough to attend to the customers and greet them as they come in.

Ok stay!

I had a minor problem booking my reservation, but Nino and his amazing staff help me out rebooking my stay. Great people with incredible attitude. Will always recommend coming back to Avid Orlando
