Dissatisfied with the staff and service. We were seating in a Cabana at the pool and were told by the bar tender that we had to move because all the Cabanas were reserved for the day. He’s demeanor was extremely rude and come to find out none of the Cabanas had been reserved for the day.
Pathetic Resort with Destitute Rooms

Despite having two stylish pools and a great Cafe staff, this misnomer 'resort' has poorly maintained dated rooms with whitewashed damaged walls, doors and broken shower stall tiles that leek water 💧 on the bathroom floor. Housekeeping services are once per stay at their whim. Good luck, and don't expect IHG service levels.

During my stay some day bed was made it but never touched bathroom. Shampoo Caddy was empty, toilet was dirty and not flushed properly from previous guest

I booked the room with preference of High floor and Away elevator/stair. After checking in they didn't only give me any upgrade (Dimond elite) but also put me into a first floor room in front of entrance and nearby the ice machine. When I entered the room there is a light broken. I called the front desk and waited more than a hour for repairing. I am so disappointed for this hotel!

I am usually very happy with all my stays with IHG, but this is the worst hotel I have stayed at. The shower was gross and literally only had cold water for the showee. I complained to the front desk and they said they would have maintenance out to check the problem…but nothing was resolved. We had to wait for 15-20 minutes before a server came to our table for dinner. We also were told that we could have food or drinks by the pool and asked to leave! So rude! It’s a space for your hotel guest!! I have never had this experience at any of you other hotels. Definitely the worst stay I have ever had at an IHG hotel.

I was charged more than booked amount. I brought their attention but person (manager) was on the phone was rude. He first not care my concerned . If it reservation booked before your policy changed, you can not changed after guest arriving your hotel or staying your hotel

I was able to check in early, which I really appreciated since my flight came in at noon so that was a bonus and being down on a bottom floor however it became very apparent to me after my first night that I should’ve probably took in a floor above me due to the fact that it sounded like a herd of elephants above me when they were walking, it was extremely noisy and unpleasant stay.
When you think about a resort, you imagine that it’s going to be relaxing. It was far from that.
Also, the parking for my building was not desirable after certain hours because the convention building is right next-door so I had to park on the other side of the facility when I got in at 8 PM. And finally, the ramp to my building number seven as I was leaving on Sunday morning, I did not see that someone had kicked rocks by taking a shortcut through the landscaping, and I tripped, and I fell and bruised up because I was able to catch my fall, but I suffered a very swollen ankle. I did the front desk when I had to go and get a room key because I left myself out of my room, but I did not file an incident report. I also forgot to mention that the nightstand in my room was all damaged on the top and looked like it was warped from water.
I will say that is a cute resort, but it does need to be updated And I most likely will not stay here again.

I would not spend your money here. If you don't mind moldy rooms, dogs barking, and the HVAC rattling doors and walls every 30 minutes (resembling PD banging to get in) then you could waste points to stay here for free but then you'd still have to shell out a crazy resort fee for the so-called heated pool.
Do not recommend this location for anyone with accessibility issues either as rooms are spread out among 7 buildings and the property does not provide transportation between them.

My wife booked another hotel after arriving to the “resort”
Dirty rooms, dated. Not a good place to relax, didn’t feel like a safe space.
Maybe in a few years it will be better but not at this point.
