We travel a lot, even during Covid, and choose this hotel every time, despite the fact that there are 7 other choices near by. The staff is great, the rooms are clean, there are comfortable beds, they go out of their way to help and we appreciate all of their efforts. Some hotels that allow pets are run down, and are not very clean. Quite the opposite at the Indy airport StayBridge!

staff were fantastic and very helpful during our stay. Close to the airport and plenty of restaurants for dinners. The suites are quiet and comfortable.

I was able to check in early without the usual hassle (turned away, made to pay fees, etc.) and afforded points in the rewards program despite my fiance making the reservation and myself joining after the fact. Having frequented hotels since April due to a spell of homelessness, I only wish more establishments were as tip top, polite and courteous. Kudos to everyone there.

The staff was amazing. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure my family was accommodated and taken care of us on a daily basis. Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to book additional rooms for family coming to town and the staff made arrangements for us to be close and did everything they could to ease our burden

I was afraid the studio suite wouldn't be big enough, but it turned out to be more than enough. Most hotel rooms are brutal to spend time in, but this place was very comfortable.

I think the coffee machine being behind the staffs desk is in the incorrect location. I would rather pour my own coffee, add my own creamer, and stir it myself. A person behind the desk did all of that. I didn't like it from a safety standpoint, even if this is a safety method that was established due to Covid-19.

Delta you need to tell housekeeping if you check out by 11 they don’t have to come knocking on the door by 9 o’clock in the morning trying to clean the room

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff continuously cleaned and disinfected the common areas. The outside was well lit and safe. Conveniently located to dining and shopping. This is a pet friendly hotel and my furry friend felt welcome.
The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with any dish you might need. I will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.
