When I called to make reservations, the computers were down, and the manager (Ms. Shonda) told me she would call me back. In a few hours, she called and left a message to let me know that the
computers were up, and I could call a specific staff member to make my reservations. I thought the personal touch of the manager taking the time to make the call to a customer meant a lot to me.
