Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Updated, Comfortable Enjoyed our stay. Nice areas, quiet. Pool and hot tub was very nice. Newer rooms, updated. Would stay again. Only issues were having to turn off our whirlpool tub because of neighbors below complaining it was on. Maybe it should be n 1st floor? Also, we had 3 earwigs in our room. One on the floor, one inside of towel, one under to toliet lid. Maybe have towels put before guest arrives and not have room sitting waiting for weeks ahead of time? Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by This is how you treat a spire member? So get tot he hotel which looks fairly new so that's great and I check in. I booked a king executive, and without telling me they put me in a double queen. I know this sounds arrogant, but when you have to work in the room for 4 hour that night from a tiny table they call a desk, this makes it hard. I asked the front desk clerk and he said they were sold out that night and it was the web sites fault. No choices like moving things around or anything. All in all the hotel was nice and the service was poor at best July 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by awesome staff Insurance company placed us here after we lost our home to a fire and the staff was amazing! They greeted us every day with a smile, wave and sometimes a hug. They went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They always asked us "how are you doing today?" "Do you need anything extra" Very accomodating to our family and friends who visited us at the hotel also. July 24, 2015
