Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Overall good experience but poor with respect to other holiday inn stays The overall experience was not bad. However the front desk staff can certainly be improved. They were quite unwelcoming to begin with. I had to wait outside the hotel in a chilly whether since the taxi driver would not inform the hotel staff of the arrival and when inquired about this the front desk staff very bluntly replied "It is like this only here and you will need to wait outside". I really think there could be better ways of handling g this. February 23, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Billing Discrepancy Hotel was booked on IHG website. Booking and billing rate was different which took away a couple of hours Monday morning. This was a overall a bad experience as I have never cross checked my invoices before. As a platinum member this is not acceptable. February 7, 2014
