    Front desk was attentive and pool area clean. The location was central to all the places we needed to visit. My only issue is with the suite reservation there was not a couch or pull out chair. My only disappointment was the bed size; but it did sleep comfortably.

    We were perfectly satisfied with our accommodations and the readiness of the staff to assist us was appreciated! However, it was not as handicap friendly as I had hoped. My mother is wheelchair bound and we found the property a bit difficult to navigate. The parking was not van accessible near the front door and where there were larger handicap parking spaces I couldn't find a ramp to the sidewalk to use for our wheelchair. Also there were no sliding doors or buttons to push to open the doors. The front is not very obvious or welcoming and in particular it is a bit difficult to navigate when pushing someone in a wheelchair. Just some thoughts on ways to make things more handicap friendly. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

    Perfect for my needs

    I spent one night at Candlewood Suites Indianapolis while attending a conference. The check in was quick and pleasant, the room comfortable and clean and the kitchen made it easy to have a light supper while working instead of taking time to go out. I didn't use the pool or fitness center so have no comments on those areas.

    This was a last minute decision and the there were only 2 rooms left when I called. Checking in was a breeze and the front desk attendant helped us with all the questions we had about the area. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
