Horrendous

The room I reserved was not available because the previous guests decided to extend their stay so the only options were canceling or downgrading to a single (for a reservation for 2 guests). The staff offered no alternative solutions. The room was comfortable, but someone else's sock was left in the room, so not sure how effectively the room is cleaned between guests. Never again.

My wife and I stayed here while visiting family in Indy. It's an OK place to stay, if you're looking for a place to lay your head and take cold showers.
To me it seemed as if the hotel was under renovation, so I did take this into account. Our room was OK, our bathroom was clean, but no hot water. Brought to the attention of the front desk person, nothing was done.
After 2 nights we changed hotels to for a location with hot water.
Keep in mind this is a value stay, nothing fancy and no frills. I have stayed in Candlewood Suites in the past and they have been great stays.

I have visited a lot of candlewood suites and this was the worst the room was a mess and would not recommend the hotel to anyone the property needs to step up there game

I choose this hotel because the staff are great and friendly and the rooms are always clean. The free laundry is a plus because I'm on the road alot for work and I must look neat and clean. Plus many Candlewood suites are centralized , there are plenty of places to eat close by.

My kitchen area flooded twice because of the ice maker water supply line. Saturday night the entire 4th floor wreaked of meth there was a burn mark on my nightstand which resembled the mark of a hot pipe.

Convenient to the highway and pet friendly. The staff was friendly. However, the overall aesthetic of the hotel was lacking. The shower never really warmed up and remained lukewarm for the duration. If passing through okay for an overnight stay.

Good location, quiet and felt secure. Night Staff was very friendly. Comfy bed.
Beds were comfortable, but room and bathroom were filthy.

The floor and under the bed were disgusting. I dropped something that rolled under the bed; there were snack wrappers, dust balls, and someone's medicine bottle! The carpet looked old and disgustingly filthy.

Needs are met within sufficient time. Request attend to. Upgrade available if requested. Time, need prompt service. Staff, mànager type cash awards for their services to the guest, Hotel. Visit was pleasantly COMFORTABLE.
