Very clean & new. No coffee in room (guess this is a new thing :/ ) Staff was OUTSTANDING! Upgrade to a larger room, due to satus-no attempt. Good thing it was only one night and I was solo. Better luck, next time-if there is a next time.

Very nice and clean hotel. The host at check in was a nice, courteous and welcoming gentleman. Didn’t get his name but he was very welcoming and left a good impression on me. I have booked about 4 more nights in the next 2 weeks at this hotel because I enjoyed my first stay. WiFi was great throughout my stay and never lost connection. Breakfast was okay and standard. Rooms were clean. Shower pressure could be better on the 4th floor but it wasn’t bad. I wish they had a microwave in a common area of every floor so guest didn’t have to come down to the lobby to warm up their food but that’s the only 1 thing I would change.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the avid Plano North. Thr staff was very kind and courteous. Always willing to help with a smile. The location was excellent and convenient to everything I needed for our trip. I'll be returning next time I'm visiting family in the area!

Enjoyed our stay.. Very clean and welcome staff/Breakfast staff was amazing! Prit from from desk had great customer service! The breakfast lady who was setting/arranging the breakfast was great too.. Unfortunately the checkout staff in the front desk didn't acknowledge us at all..we checked out 10:45am before checkout time.. it was cold.. Other than that it was great!!

We stayed for 2 days and had almost zero issues. Excellent check-in and very attentive staff. The room was immaculate and we never heard anyone else between the walls but did when walking the hallways, it was never an issue. Breakfast was great on day 1 but was not out on time the second day so we had to leave without; this was the only issue we had during our stay so I would definitely recommend especially given the age and price of this hotel.

My overall experience was great. The rooms are small, but that was not an issue, being alone. However, a couple might find themselves getting in each other's way. But the room size has nothing to do with the staff and the overall experience of my stay.

Check in staff was very friendly and got me taken care of quickly. Hotel smelled clean; I didn’t see any debris laying around the grounds or in the lobby. My room was on the first floor which was convenient however I was right next to the exit door and the pool, and it got a little loud at times. I wish hotels would insulate the walls better in rooms that are next to exits and elevators. The bed was comfortable with plenty of firm & soft pillows. Bathroom was clean & they provide shampoo/conditioner/body soap that smells nice.
Even though there were a large number of children and youth staying at the same time as I was, they were not a nuisance or too loud. Breakfast was adequate on the second day, however it was all gone when I went out to get something to eat on the first day of my stay.
I didn’t not interact with cleaning staff during my stay. I did not encounter any issues that required maintenance staff.
I was finally able to get into the pool on the last morning of my stay. It’s a small pool but I was able to get in some exercise before my long drive home. Pool area was clean, but there were a limited number of towels available. I did not utilize the work out room, but walking past it I could see that it had a minimal number of machines to use including a treadmill.
