Everyone was courteous and extremely professional. My husband is fussy about hotels (both of us have travelled a good deal for business and pleasure), but he had positive comments about everything here - location, shower, towels, mirror, bed, thermostat, lighting, marketplace, breakfast, and staff!

I love this hotel. It is my favorite. Hotel staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, no carpet. Hotel smells nice. Elevator works great and beds are oh so comfortable!❤️

Bed way too soft. Sank in the middle. No microwave or coffee machine in the room. Ice buckets not I. Room but by ice machine.

The staff was so friendly and the hotel smelled so good upon entering. My room was so nice and it was just an overall awesome stay. I’m very picky when it comes to hotels and I highly recommend this one.

Staff is great, good breakfast, rooms are clean and cool with blackout curtains to make the room completely dark. The also have coffee available at all times.

I had my 7-wk old new Daschund puppy Niklaus with me. I was actually on this trip to pick him up and see family while I was Alabama from the Orlando area. The stay was peaceful and the hotel was very modern & clean. Super pleased! Will stay again!
Great Locale and Staff!

I was at this property for a week and had the church group with me plus my family. The staff was exceptionally friendly. My concern is the knocking that several of my rooms had because of the fan in the bathroom. The solution given from the front desk was not helpful. Some nights the knocking was horrid and 2 nights nothing at all. They stated maintenance would handle the situation however this was NEVER taken care of. It is my prayer that before another large group arrives all the rooms are checked and fans are fixed! Other than this I would definitely book again personally and professionally.
