Pros: incredible staff, clean, 24hr coffee (not great coffee but still), looked modernized, mini fridge in room
Cons: Location was meh, not a whole lot going on around the property, no microwave in room but there was one in the dining area available,
We enjoyed our stay, it was the cheapest 8+ rating on booking so we booked it. We would stay here again, but only if the price was right, it’s a long walk to wonderland garage for the trains, and it’s not very walkable. That said our stay was pleasant

The value for the price is not worth it. It’s a brand new hotel that is already looking worn so the management aren’t ensuring that the property is being maintained. The shuttle staff need to be taught customer service and you have to schedule the shuttle with the front desk but it did not leave on time although the driver was already there.

Noise suppression between rooms was terrible! I could hear a phone conversation like they were sitting next to me. I’ll never book an Avid hotel again that’s for sure!

Our stay was perfect! The facilities are very clean and front desk staff was among the best I have every encountered, especially Charlotte, who worked evenings! I loved having fresh coffee and juice any time, day or night. Breakfast offerings were wonderful also!

Reasonably priced place to stay in the Boston metro area. 1 mile walk to the T (subway) is a safe neighborhood. Slept great! Self serve hot breakfast was decent. Beer and wine for purchase was great
Service left a lot to be desired.

A clean hotel with great coffee. We stayed 3 nights and had no hot water for 2 nights and room was not made up one of the days.

Every staff member we came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. They went over and above in every interaction. They greeted every guest with a genuine smile and when they came in or out of the building. The hotel was clean and in good repair. I would definitely recommend them for anyone.

The hotel was nice. The staff was nice and helpful.The shuttule ran every hr was nice. If you are looking for a nice breakfast food, this is not the place.

Loud traffic could be heard in room all night long. No hot water for shower in morning. Front desk offered no support. Contacted manager, no response.

Hotel has a complimentary airport shuttle every hour. The hotel is new and very clean. The staff was very professional and friendly. There were many breakfast selections. Excellent stay at this hotel.

We returned to the hotel for the 3rd time as we have loved our previous stays! The staff are super helpful and friendly. Provided breakfast is wonderful with lots of options and the 24/7 water and hot drinks bar was ideal for that middle of the night thirst. Beds are extremely comfy and the cleanliness of the room is 10/10.
Unfortunately our key card stopped working 3 times after one use and we had to get this reactivated. We had four guests in the room yet only 2 towels where provided each day but the staff where happy to provide extra at reception.
We were annoyed to see our door had been left open by the maid all day upon returning at 10pm. Whilst nothing was taken, it was extremely poor for this to happen.
