This hotel has all you need for a basic and comfortable stay. Breakfast is ok, all days the same menu. Easy connection to public transport.

I like the amenities, breakfast, and the expirience in this hotel. I recommended for families, businesses or tips. It is located close to the airport and the staff is very kind.

Hidden 40lb Dog Limit and No Refunds!

I booked this hotel after confirming there was no weight limit for dogs, both on their website and during a phone call prior to booking. However, after booking, I was informed there is indeed a 40lb weight limit for dogs.
To make matters worse, management threatened to withhold my refund unless I removed an honest Google review I had posted about the situation. Not only is this unethical, but it's also illegal. I reluctantly deleted the review as they demanded, but now the hotel is ignoring me and has yet to process my refund.
This experience has been beyond frustrating and unprofessional.

Love this hotel... Despite being a "value" property brand it has ALL the amenities, fantastic staff and offers exceptional value.
Highly recommend for any type traveller.

Drove in from the Greater Pittsburgh area. 1st time visiting Canada. Shortly before arriving we received a phone call from Michelle confirming our arrival time. Upon arrival we were greeted with a huge smile by Michelle. The entire week, she was upbeat! Outstanding Company Representative. "All" establishments could learn a lot from employees such as Michelle, outstanding !!

Fire Alarm went off 3 times at night

The fire alarm went off three times during my stay while I was sleeping. It went off around 11pm and at 11:30pm and also at 6:00am. It prevented me and my family from getting a good nights rest.
The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly. I would give my stay 5 stars if it wasn't for the fire alarm going off so many times.

What a great location! Easy access from airport to downtown Toronto. The staff made the great difference. Customer service at its best! My room feels like home. It’s so clean and well curated. Love the perks of daily made service, free breakfast and parking. The shops in the surrounding area. Avid will be my home away from home. See you next time!
