The hotel is a dump!
Cockroaches in the room everywhere, The lamps don’t work ( no lights), one of the bed lap didn’t even have a power socket to plug in. No phone sockets available. Broken windows ( windows have broken glass). The sheets smell like mold. Dirty room and toilet.
Cockroaches even in the bathroom light bulb.
I couldn’t even make myself take my clothes off and sleep do I had to pay to stay to another hotel nearby.
This is not the first bad experience with IHG hotel chain. I will stick from now with other hotel chains.

Got there to check in and found the hotel needing ALOT of repairs. As soon as you walk in smoke is all you could smell. Before you even make it to the front door there were people out front asking for money. NOT SAFE at all. Room had a musty smell canceled my reservation. Had three reservations which I’m having to fight to get my points and money back for rooms we didn’t even stay in.

Made reservations for family members but when I got there just to enter was harassed by homeless people. When entering heavy smell of cigarettes checked into the room and the room smelled like cigarettes on every vent heavy dust was collected around it They say the hotels under renovation, but it’s basically falling apart. I would not recommend this even to punish somebody.
