Every single staff member we encountered was so very helpful and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed. Both the night and day front desk staff went above and beyond. The night time was informative on my ihg rewards and when I made a mess up on booking, she was quick to help me fix it. The day time front desk lady was so kind and patient. We spent an extended amount of time in the lobby during breakfast, due to my husband working. She printed out coloring sheets for my kids and supplied them with crayons to keep them entertained. The room was clean and comfortable. It was exactly what we were needing for this trip!

We were down for our daughter's wedding and not only was the hotel very nice, clean, and quiet, was the perfect location just off the interstate and close to everywhere we were needing to be.

This was my first time staying at an Avid hotel. I was impressed by the smart details in the room, and the room was dark at night so great for sleeping. White noise app drowns out any freeway noise. The gym was well appointed, and the coffee machine was excellent. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to provide special items for my niece's 4-year-old son.

The entire hotel was extremely clean. Our room and bed were very comfortable and the staff was welcoming. The breakfast was adequate. We will definitely stay here again.
