Extremely friendly, and helpful staff. Very clean, neat hotel, housekeeping staff also very friendly. Centrally located near downtown Zeeland and Holland Michigan. Extremely comfortable beds large walk-in shower was a plus.

We had a great stay. Checking in was easy, as was checkout. Breakfast modified grab and go, was excellent. We love the new bean grinder coffee machines. We got a great dinner spot recommendation from the front desk also! Well done all!

Great experience for a team stay

I booked this hotel for a softball tournament. I worked with the manager to secure a block of rooms. I was very pleased with the seamless experience. When we arrived the hotel was beyond our expectations. It was clean and the lobby was perfect to have a team dinner. the outside sitting area was also amazing.

Very happy with this great find. Totally on point great value for a very clean, comfortable room. Loved the way we were received and the care demonstrated for our needs.the location was convenient and practical for us, gave us access to the area without having to pay an arm and a leg.

We had a great time at the Avid Hotel! The bed was incredibly comfortable — we had a hard time getting up in the morning. The staff was very friendly and communicated with us via text to check if we needed housekeeping, which was super convenient. After a long day, we really appreciated the quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

At check in we were given choice of floors. Room was very nice - new, clean, great shower, comfortable bed. Loved that the tv had on screen program guide (many other hotels we stayed at did not). Nearby restaurant Salt & Pepper Grill was excellent & great service.

Close to downtown Holland

We have stayed here a few times as it's close to downtown Holland. I feel that on this trip the room could have been cleaned better. The headboard was layered in dust which makes me feel they didn't clean the room as well as they could have.

We requested a room on the 3rd floor but got room 118 because they were completely full. We didn't care for our room because it was loud (by the ice machine, not far from the breakfast area so we could hear people chatting on the way to eat). The doors are also extremely loud when they slam shut and you hear everything...like the person above our room walked so heavy it kept waking me up as I drifted to sleep. I would only stay here again if I was guaranteed a room on the 3rd floor and further away from areas where people congregate / ice machines
