From the moment you arrive this place amazes you left and right. I cant say anything bad about this place. The main reason I love it is because of the people. Everyone is just the best.
Service and Elegance Exceeded expectations

Our stay exceeded any expectations. From the moment being greeted with champaign into the incredibly elegant and fantastically tiled reception, to the bellman ensuring we were taken care of each step. Meeting the incredibly earnest and genuine concierge and him helping resolve an issue with a taxi followed by a fantastic conversation.... all of this added to the experience. We didn't intend to spend as much time as we did in the hotel, and found we really didn't want to leave.
I also enjoyed how each staff member lit up when I mentioned the patterns and decor and would explain symbology and talk about the designer.
I wish I could give 10 stars.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Walking distance to most of attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. Everything felt very new and updated. I enjoyed the morning espresso, pastries and afternoon wine hour. The gym is small, but equipped with new equipment. Highly recommend this hotel; great value.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Budapest!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Kimpton BEM Budapest and cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the hotel’s beautifully curated design—chic, modern, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail, from the lobby to the guestrooms, reflects thoughtful attention to style and relaxation.
While our room was on the smaller side, it was perfectly appointed with everything we needed. The bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable—some of the best we’ve experienced during our travels—and we enjoyed a peaceful night’s sleep with virtually no city noise, which is rare in such a central location.
Speaking of location, the hotel is perfectly situated with easy access to both the tram and metro, making it an ideal home base for exploring the city. Despite being so central, it felt like a quiet oasis tucked away from the hustle and bustle.
The staff at Kimpton BEM truly went above and beyond. Petra at the front desk welcomed us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Miklós, the concierge, was equally wonderful—his local knowledge and thoughtful recommendations made our trip even more special. He assisted with dinner reservations and pointed us toward a few activities that turned out to be highlights of our visit.
One of our favorite small touches was the complimentary morning coffee and pastries—such a lovely way to start each day.
I would highly recommend Kimpton BEM Budapest to anyone visiting the city. The design, comfort, location, and impeccable service make it a standout. Should we find ourselves back in Budapest, we would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

The front desk staff did a phenomenal job hosting my wife and I during our stay. Barney, Flora, Eniko and others were very helpful in providing us everything we needed to have a great time in Budapest. Their knowledge of the city, as well as their friendliness, created a really enjoyable experience for us.
In addition to the staff, the property is brand new and certainly lives up to the Kimpton name. Would highly recommend as the location is in a quiet enough area to have some peace, but is easily accessible to others areas by walking, transit or taxi.

From the moment we walked in the door the hotel team made us feel welcome. This is a beautiful hotel with excellent amenities including a lovely hamam in the basement. The central courtyard is gorgeous and a lovely place to sit on a balcony with a drink and listen to the birds. A shout out goes to the concierge Petar who gave us directions, recommendations, and assistance; and also to the front desk team who were amazingly friendly.

Fabulous property wilt 5 star amenities with a welcoming and magical staff! Rooms are new, clean and beds are great. Shower pressure could be a little better. A/C pumps in 90 degree weather!

From the moment of walking into the beautiful lobby and be greeted with a glass of champagne, to the moment we left and were told goodbye by the entire lobby staff, this IHG property provided an incredible experience of hospitality. The location in Buda provides great food and attractions nearby, as well as easy access to the train and bridges to explore the Pedt side. The swanky accommodations coupled with the incredible customer service, is what made this hotel a memorable experience and a place that I will return to again.
