Best I Hotel I have ever stayed in!

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The customer service is top notch! The cleanliness is above reproach. The staff are the most professional and friendly people I have ever met. One staff member in particular I want to mention is Eddie. He maintained the breakfast every morning and was so courteous and professional. My family really appreciated how he went out of the way to make our morning breakfast a great experience. He needs a raise/promotion! Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so special.

The property met and exceeded my expectations- the staff was wonderful - the room was very clean and comfortable.my husband was thrilled with the hot breakfast- how fortunate I am as a retiree to have a property on post - I felt safe !

I cannot say how much I enjoy staying here. The hotel is always very clean, hot breakfast and coffee, and GREAT STAFF. The staff here are the best. I stay here very often. I made a mistake on my reservation and the staff contacted me to verify my reservation. I appreciate them so much for reaching out to confirm my dates. thank you for taking care of me!

This hotel is always clean, hot breakfast and coffee, and great staff! Ann, Sierra, Eddie, and Alma are the best. (The other staff are also but please forgive me I forgot their names). The staff here are always so nice and helpful.

Absolutely great hotel! The staff is so kind and professional! Ernest made fantastic breakfasts every day and was always eager to have good morning conversations. Made this TDY fun and restful.

The front desk attendant took his time to go over all the amenities of the hotel.
This property is excellent for the value compared to stays in downtown Yuma. The price is much better as is the room. It also helps being behind a military gate to keep the vagrants out.

We paid the initial bill then left to drive home. A few hours later while driving home we received an email with an amended bill with additional charges.. This is unprofessional. We have tried to contact the management a both VIA email and phone and have not received a reply.

This out of the way and niche location is located across from a very clean gym and a small commissary. Room, grounds and building were neat and tidy. The hotel should think about how far it’s enterance is due to the seemingly pointless ATF barriers that block and otherwise appealing horseshoe drive up to the front doors. Not a show stopper but something for elderly or Diablo’s patrons to be away of. Lovely hotel.
