We had one night and the experience was wonderful. Acshar (I hope this is spelt correctly) was very exceptional in making us comfortable and even providing sight seeing options in Doha. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive and made us feel truly welcome. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, which made our stay even more comfortable. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, offering something for every taste. Overall, excellent service and a great experience—would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is excellent and Mr Ashraf at reception very helpful and nice all was ok at the hotel except the restaurant very bad service and not polite staff and the option for was very limited I suggest for people to stay at hotel and to take food outside

I’m not sure if I should say this as I do appreciate and enjoy its incredible value for the price, but this hotel is underpriced for what they offer in every sense. This is a very big compliment 🙏🏻Firstly INCREDIBLY welcoming and kind receptionist team, literally every single one of them always give me heartwarming impression that makes me (and I’m sure for other guests too) feel they do care about us. My special thanks goes to Ms. Sukkaina she gives her best charm not only to me but even to my precious penguins and we all love her so much. She knows how to steal our heart 🐧 I LOVE their generous welcome amenity all the time with loveliest message card. Food quality is exceptional for the price. Interior is so cozy yet modern, everything is new and clean…..and the rate is so, affordable ….!!! The only thing might be that they don’t have club lounge, but otherwise, I must say I experience way higher satisfaction in this hotel compared to intercontinentals….!!!!! (Also, my genuine review though sometimes I felt low commitment from the doorman/security team especial women/young boys…I didn’t feel this from this week’s stay particularly but from my previous stays I often felt this.)

Staf tidak sopan sampai-sampai dia memberi tahu saya bahwa kami menyesal kami sudah penuh dipesan meskipun kami menerima pemberitahuan konfirmasi. Anout apartemen kamar tidur 3
Setelah pengalaman yang sangat buruk bernegosiasi dengan wanita Maroko. Kami harus menerima tawaran
Second. Hotel ini memiliki sarapan kecil. Lounge semua tamu yang datang 9 30 harus menunggu setidaknya 30 menit berdiri karena tidak cukup kursi di lobi
