We’ll stay here every time we visit Gatlinburg if we can get in. Definitely don’t like the sales pitch to try to become an owner, especially when we are already owners and could not book the property as owners. Not too bad because we still got to enjoy the facilities as the general public. We are addressing the ownership problem.

It was a very nice hotel . The only thing I didn't like there was not no restaurant on site very little food too choose from

Cosy and clean! Our balcony was perfect to watch the 4th of Juky Light Show and Fireworks from and we loved the pools. Having a full kitchen & washer/dryer in the suite was awesome. We wished it was a walk-in shower instead of the jetted tud shower. It was great being so
close to the Beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park! The hotel is having a refresh and it does end it as the hotel is showing some age. They definitely need more handi cap parking spot allotted! We really enjoyed the resort over all! A very special vacation at a Special Place!
Perfect getaway with 3 year old

We took a trip to Gatlinburg for my husband and 3 years olds birthday. This hotel was perfect! Great location, we were walking distance to the strip and 2 turns from the state park! We enjoyed the waterpark as well as the outdoor pool and hot tub, we did not use the indoor pool but looked clean and nice. Staff were always friendly and polite, having a washer and dryer helped a lot as well. We will be back, couldn’t have asked for a better little getaway with my little family!
Walking distance to all the attractions.

The location and hotel were nice , the shared splash pad with the holiday inn express, was dark/dim and crowded. The beds were not the best, the pillows were superb!!! The Balcony and living room areas were very nice . The king size one
Bedrooms, front door is directly in front of another unit’s front door so if you do not shut your bedroom door, you can hear the other units checking out early in the morning. This location is within walking distance to all of the strip, super convenient.

This is first visit to a holiday inn club vacation and will be the first of many. Great time in the smokey mountains. Indoor and outdoor heated pools and hot tubs are great. No black bear sightings.

Very nice room and hotel. If you don't want to be pushed to join a timeshare avoid. If you don't mind it's a nice property.

Holiday Inn Vacation Club rooms are like being at home. Spacious rooms, full kitchen, and having a washer and dryer in the room a real plus. We have stayed at these facilities in several locations and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend these places for family vacations.
Service and comfort were both 10/10

Thank you for a wonderful quiet and peaceful stay!! Room was excellent, hotel personnel were outstanding!! Wife and I were so pleased. We were celebrating 40 years of marriage and the staff made us feel so welcome. Hope we can visit again soon!!
