Properti Hebat dan kamar bersih. Sungai Malas itu menyenangkan.

What a pleasurable and relaxing hotel for all members of our family. A lifeguard was available at the adjacent pool side and the little ones couldn't stop squealing for joy as the splash and floats continued non stop. The price was well worth all of the added amenities. The shuttle to the beach every 15 minutes allowed all to schedule their fun and down times. We are looking forward to our next trip here and will definitely book with Holiday Inn (IHG).

We stayed here for during a vacation to Surfside/Myrtle Beach area. We booked a 2 bedroom suite as we have 2 kids. We arrived very early, and although check-in is technically at 4pm the hotel gave us a gate code so we could access the parking lot and pool areas, which was really nice. Additionally they got us into our room very early, notifying us by text that it was ready, so this was a nice surprise.
The pool areas were very nice and clean, with everything functioning and lifeguards watching the slides and picking up tubes that were scattered around from the lazy river.
The kids were really enjoying their pool time, until 5pm when they closed the water slides down. This was disappointing as check in is officially 4 pm, and the slides are closed an hour later. The only reason we booked the hotel for the day was the advertised water park, as we had spent the rest of the week on the beach. Another family had just arrived and checked in and had just started to enjoy the slides as well when they were shut down, you could tell they were upset. I realize that those slides are monitored so they have to have personnel, but we never saw a single place during booking or the description of the hotel on the website or in the app that mentioned the slides closed early. The kids continued to swim in the pool and enjoy the lazy river, which did remain open through the evening.
Our room itself was very nice, in good shape overall with some nice touches. The kitchen was updated and stocked, our washer/dryer had 3 small boxes of detergent and a basket, and the master bath shower was insanely huge.
We did find that one of the doors to the screened patio would not lock at all, the lights above the kitchen bar needed dusting/cleaning pretty badly, and in the morning my wife found a large dead roach outside our bedroom door, and saw another moving in the kitchen. I'm sure it's very hard to keep these pests out of these units but it's just not something you want to see.
We did order some lunch from the on-site kitchen while we were there; I would skip getting food on site if possible, it's just frozen, low-quality food but it was convenient, and they have a small store with some essentials you can pick up if needed.
Overall our stay was good; the hotel, rooms, grounds, and pool areas were nicely kept. They have a shuttle service that continuously goes across the street to the beach access and back, and it's convenient to a lot of things in the area.

This place was great! I would highly recommend this place as it’s close to attractions but far enough it’s loud and quiet.

Tempat yang indah untuk keluarga, sangat ramah. Kolam Renang bagus dan stafnya ramah. Kamar luas. Perabotan terkini. Suka teras di atas kolam renang yang tampak.

Membuat reservasi adalah mimpi buruk yang lengkap.
Kami bersikeras tentang berada DI PANTAI dan diberitahu itu pasti di pantai. Ketika kami sampai di sana, kami menemukan pantai di seberang jalan dan harus naik antar-jemput untuk sampai ke sana.
Hanya ada 2 dari kami dan kami tidak membutuhkan atau menginginkan semua ruang - dengan dapur dan kamar tamu . Saya tidak ingin memasak saat berlibur.
Sekarang untuk keluarga, itu akan luar biasa - banyak kamar, area memasak yang bagus, penggunaan mesin cuci dan pengering, dan banyak Kolam Renang untuk dinikmati keluarga.

Aku mencintai hotel. Kamar luas dan bersih. Dilengkapi dengan balkon yang disaring. Tempat tidur sangat nyaman. Kolam renang adalah bersih dan menyenangkan. Kami menikmati sungai malas. Staf sangat mengagumkan. Kami memiliki kamar di lantai dua. Marian dan Zeek memindahkan kami ke 1lantai jalan sehingga akan nyaman bagi ibu saya karena dia mengalami masalah kaki. Staf sangat baik dan ramah. Membantu kami dengan pertanyaan apa pun yang kami miliki.

properti yang indah. Lingkungan bersih dan aman. Beberapa Kolam Renang dan Antar Jemput yang membawa Anda ke seberang jalan ke pantai. Kami menyukai properti ini karena balkonnya besar dan disaring. kamar kami baru-baru ini diperbarui dan itu sangat bagus (bldg A).

Kamar yang sangat usang, kotor dan berkarat di kamar mandi. Kolam Renang yang tidak terawat, bau dan kotor. Saya berbicara dengan orang-orang yang bekerja di resor dan diberitahu bahwa mereka tidak menjalankan filter Kolam Renang karena itu tidak hemat biaya karena Musim Panas belum tiba. Tidak akan kembali

Pillow topping on mattress was lumpy because it didn't fit the mattress properly but the bedding was very clean.

We have been staying at this resort since it opened. It's an island of calm in he hustle and bustle of a beach town. The rooms and the staff are the best and we love coming back every year.
