Comfortable Bed and Great Service

Stayed here the past week and had a great time. Staff was friendly and not invasive, rooms were well mainted, clean, and spacious, and it was overall quiet and enjoyable.

Great value and location compared to most on the strip. 2 min walk to high roller. Rooms are basically 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen, walk in closet, pull out bed in living room and small balcony.

Excellent location, well maintained. Accommodations very comfortable and well appointed. Restaurant food is very good and reasonable. This was my 2nd stay and will certainly return. lol
Great location just off the Vegas strip

This resort was the perfect location just off the Las Vegas strip. Although there are no elevators on the property, the staff did their best to find me a room on the main floor that was accessible.
The beds were very comfortable and made it very easy to fall asleep at night.

With this property located just one block east of the Las Vegas strip, you will find that it’s pretty much central to everything that Las Vegas Blvd has to offer. Within walking distance to all the best spots on the strip.
This is NOT a resort!

Tub had large crack in it with a broken drain so if you showered you would feel like you were going to fall thru the floor or if you wanted to take a bath it wouldnt hold water for very long. Told front desk they didnt care and said they would note it on our account since we brought it to their attention. Housekeeping comes in without notice when you are in bed after being told at check in there wouldn't be any housekeeping unless you asked or scheduled it with an upcharge. Wrist bands and cards weren't programmed for entire stay had to go back to front desk twice. Don't believe the pictures online the rooms are outdated although clean like a lot of Vegas they have an 80s feel to them. We stayed 5 nights and were supposed to get a night free but do to IHG incompetence this was stole from us because we used points and my anniversary night so they made us make 4 reservations so they didn't have to honor their promotion then when you ask about it they either pawn you off on someone else or act like it's there 1st time ever dealing with this kind of complaint and just ignore you both calling customer service and at the hotel! Stayed in many IHG properties that weren't resorts that were nicer and updated for less money per night! A suggestion to management also since you're right next to the Sphere make an area with seating that is not for smoking so people can admire its beauty. Broken and missing lights in hallway by entrance. To be a RESORT WE WERE DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED!

We enjoyed having our own full kitchen for our stay. While there is no casino onsite resort is located just off the strip so everything was close by. Many options for pools if you have littles. Customer service was fantastic - gave us a late checkout as we had a red eye flight that night. Highly recommend if you're bringing family.

Great location and clean room. Easy access to the strip and friendly service. The kitchen did lack items like dishwashing liquid but it wasn’t a big deal. The shuttle also doesn’t run 24/7 if you have a very early flight. Overall the stay was great and I would stay again

I had not stayed at this location before and was surprised at both the location and the size of the suites. Our suite was extremely clean. We were close to three pools. If you're willing to walk about 1/3rd mile, there are a lot of restaurants and some shopping due west of the resort in the Linq. Very cool outdoor area with restaurants and shopping on both sides of the walkway. Highly recommend.
Don’t try to check In late I was held at the front desk for h Re an hour 1 am to 2 am as they were dealing with another customer

The room is kind is what I expected, low budget but was all IHG had available .. Not the quality and or the service promised as a Diamond elite ambassador. The staff in the on-site restaurant was great … well the bartender …

The bedroom gets a little hot. I slept better in the living room with the ceiling fan. Also the floor to the shower makes a creaking noise. It almost felt like I was going to fall through the tub. Other than that it was great.
