숙박에 매우 만족했고, 호텔과 카지노의 직원들도 친절했습니다. 시설이 깨끗하고 음식이 좋습니다. 바는 조금 일찍 문을 닫습니다

직원들, 특히 Robin 덕분에 멋진 숙박을 할 수 있었습니다. 전날 다리를 다쳐서 도착 예정일 아침에 전화를 걸어 제 상황을 설명했습니다. 이 호텔의 전담 팀은 비행기로 출발하기 전에 꼭 필요한 서비스를 받을 수 있도록 도와주었어요. 휠체어도 있어서 숙박 기간 동안 사용할 수 있어 생명의 은인이었습니다. 그 휠체어가 없었으면 절대 성공하지 못했을 겁니다. 모든 것이 완쾌되어 내년에 다시 오고 싶습니다.

훌륭한 직원과 시설. 이 호텔은 SD, Deadwood의 역사적인 모습을 유지하고 있었습니다. 우리는 멋진 시간을 보냈고 가까운 시일 내에 다시 오기를 고대합니다. 콘서트 시설이 아주 좋았어요!

Get rid of the parking fee

We have stayed here every year during the Sturgis rally. The prices have always been ridiculously high but that’s expected during the rally. This time we stayed after the rally but noticed we were charged for parking. It’s just another money grab by a desperate industry. It could change our minds about staying here in the futures

Pets have mire privileges than customers

Generally, when I book a hotel, it is as a pet friendly hotel. I neglected to do this and could not cancel when I checked in. I explained, I had severe Asthma, and this was a concern. I was advised this would not be a problem as we were on the 4th floor and most pets are always on the 1st floor on day 3 of our stay, we were greeted in the hotel by a couple with a huge dog. We went to dine again in the bar for dinner as we like the environment in there. Versus the dining room, and there were 2 huge dogs on either side of us. So we had to leave

We arrived after a big weekend in Deadwood. I thought there might be a delay in getting checked in but we were checked in right away. Staff very efficient and rooms very clean!

My wife and I appreciated our complete stay. Everyone was extremely nice and helped with any item that we needed assistance with. Our next visit in the area we will be sure to stay at such an excellent place and location. Thank you for such outstanding service.

We visited deadwood for our Anniversary and our friend recommended this hotel. It had great staff, restaurant and bar that was also friendly. The decor was cozy( important to me) easy access to everything we did in deadwood.
