Very small room

The room we were assigned was so small. It was just big enough for the king-size bed with just a narrow path around the bed. Based on the pictures on your site, we were assigned the smallest one, which I did not note when I reserved the room. I appreciate the modern take on the future of hotels, but this didn't meet my expectations. I was also not able to use my rewards. We liked the bathroom, which was a good size with a walk in shower. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very nice.

Spent five days in the dells. The hotel was just something affordable, had no idea it would turn out to be a great experience. I loved how centrally located the hotel is. Lots of options for places to eat, and play. Also love the kwik trip is so close. The staff were so friendly, and we weren’t bothered during our stay. Was very happily surprised at how quiet the hotel was both day and night. I will recommend this place to anyone! And we will be staying here in the future!

This is a very nice hotel. The only thing I noticed was the shower door would allow water to get on the floor due to the way it is made. But it was an easy clean up.

Clean and modern room with super comfortable beds. The rooftop area was perfect for relaxing at the end of the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality and variety of free breakfast food offered.

This was our first time in an avid location and we were pleasantly surprised. The location was easy to get to and was located near area attractions and activities as well as the convention center. They pride themselves on the cleanliness of the property and it shows. There are only two types of rooms - 1 king or 2 queens and there aren't microwaves or coffee makers in the rooms but we didn't really miss them as there was a microwave and coffee available in the lobby. The rooms are modern but not overly large but are ideal for a couple or solo traveler looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable and quality place to stay. As a travel advisor I would feel confident booking clients here for a stay in the Dells area.

We made a cross country roadtrip and stumbled upon the Avid Wisconsin Dells for our first overnight stop. I had never heard of this brand but we were blown away by the value and everything about the hotel. Friendly staff, extremely clean rooms, good breakfast. Everything we needed after a long day of driving. We were so impressed we looked for Avid hotels throughout our journey. Hope they expand to more states!

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff rooftop was amazing! My husband and I had a wonderful time and the breakfast was amazing! Staff was always available and helpful and they let us check out an hour later due to our train being delayed. Can't wait to come back and visit any of the avid hotels!

Dit is een gloednieuw hotel in de omgeving van Dells. Schoon, handig en zeer modern. Het bed zelf was geweldig en ook een grote tv. Voldoende parkeergelegenheid op het terrein. Het dakterras was ontspannend. Zeer betaalbaar, we komen terug!
Geweldig verblijf dit hotel aanbevelen.

I will Give 5 stars for cleanest of Hotel, but for front desk people were all stone cold and not friendly at all (How about a Smile goes a long way) that's why I rated 3 stars. We had two queen size beds and only one got made....Why??? they don't care, I made the bed myself. The Roof top lounge was a great touch including fire places at night. The mourning breakfast was a Good but no bacon, settle for sausage. I will think about another visit possible later this year or next year....don't know if I would stay here...Hope things get better for other guest. I would like a reply or respond that would want me to return..... some kindness or adjustment for next time.
