Comfortable bed and great service

My only complaint is the AC was noisy. Otherwise, great hotel for the price. The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Bed was very comfy. Rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.

Locked out in Bryant; Unable to attend my uncle's funeral...

It was great until I was locked out about an hour before my uncle's funeral.

I would have been more generous in my review if the manager could grasp how important this was and was empowered to FIX it.
She was not.

Business Trip

It was a great central location. The staff was very personable and polite. The rooms were extra-large. I loved that the room had a desk and had a couch with a small table that fit over the ottoman - that was perfect for working on my laptop while relaxing. I did have one small issue, I'd had difficulty with my AC cooling my room down. It worked initially upon arrival but stopped cooling all together shortly thereafter. Ultimately, at some point during the night the AC did start cooling down the room. So the issue resolved itself. I did not complain because I didn't want to make a fuss and I was too exhausted to switch rooms. HOWEVER, I 100% know the front desk would have immediately accommodated by offering to send maintenance or switch rooms. The staff was very personable and polite. I have no doubt they would have bent over backwards to help, I honestly was just too tired to ask for assistance.

I believe it was probably just my bad luck on my end and not at all the hotel's fault. I know the staff would have immediately remedied any complaint. I was too exhausted to ask the staff to address it. The AC kicked back on and cooled down during the night, so I sleep wonderfully.

Another great stay at a IGH hotel

This was a new hotel and area to my travels. Front desk staff was awesome and was able to point me in directions for food and stuff to do. Even the person who it was their first day had answers to question. Would stay here again.
