Enjoyed our stay in this quiet, clean, and comfortable resort hotel. This property must have been totally remodeled lately. Everything was fresh and clean, seems to be a hard find in hotels lately. liked it so much we asked to stay longer.

The hotel is very beautiful. It was very clean with beautiful interior design. The landscape was exquisite.The manager Gabriella was absolutely the best making our stay more pleasurable.

We were very disappointed with our room at the Holiday Inn Resort in Bar Harbor. We are Diamond Elite members and our room in the Eden Building #2004 smelled terribly of possibly some kind of cleaning agent or a carpet deodorizer and the view of the street was not what we expected. The smell as soon as we walked in the "lobby" was very strong in that building also.

For the amount of points we paid, over 160,000 total, we expected so much more especially since it was our first time in Maine and we were celebrating our 42nd wedding anniversary.

Nice beds, rooms, location, atmosphere.
Had one bad experience. I fell down while at Jordan Pond. Hurt pretty badly on elbow area. Was in pain and didn't feel comfortable driving rental car. My wife was not listed as driver on car. After front desk gave few alcohol swabs, she asked for few more (had hurt elbow badly) she was told we don't sell swabs...indicating won't give more. These swabs are very cheap and refuse to give them to guest in need ? Tone wasn't appropriate. My wife was very upset.

During our recent stay, we interacted with Barbara at the front desk, and a young woman with long blonde hair and glasses who worked alongside her. Both were delightful and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, as well as the young man who stood at the valet station during the day. He assisted us with our luggage and always had a smile on his face as he opened the door for us.

The room was very comfortable and we took full advantage of the nice weather every morning and evening, relaxing on our balcony overlooking the grounds and water. The landscaping was lush and lovely and, as an avid gardener, I enjoyed strolling the grounds and admiring the various flowering shrubs.

Really enjoyed our stay at Bar Harbor Holiday Inn resort. Nice location and all amenities were great. No issues with the room or any other problems. We enjoyed the stay and would definitely like to return.

This hotel was a great location. We used the shuttle to get downtown and to the park. At night be got a drink at the bar and the ln relaxed in the hot tub. Bed was comfy and we had beautiful views from our balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Bar Harbor-Acadia National Park. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and replenished every day. Beautiful view, room to walk. The only thing I would change would be the position of the bed to the tv. We like to watch a little tv before going to bed, and the bed would serve much better if it were in the catty-corner facing the tv. Not sure if this can be done. Overall one of our top favorite places to stay. The people are what made our trip enjoyable from the door to the restaurant!
