Japanese and Chinese restaurant are nice. Good quality and taste.
Booking:
I needed 2 rooms at different types, the application doesn’t allowed me to do so at the same time. I had to make 2 separate bookings. Which was not convenient and created worries if the 2nd booking would be confirmed while the first room was already paid.
Package details:
I booked half board because some reviews said the hotel location was far from everything. I tried to find out about the dinner condition but it was not explained when paying. I only found out at the checkin that it was limited to 20 SGD per adult and 10 SGD per kid. A. We are 5 adults and 2 kids (9 and 5 yo) and booked one 2 bedroom suite and one king room. Were these normally accommodated 6 adults which resulted in 20 SGD dinner x 6 Pax plus 10 SGD for 5 yo?
B. Vouchers were barely enough to pay in your restaurants.
So better to give all details at booking so customers can consider if it is worth paying.
Swimming pool:
The hotel should be strict on appropriate swimwear. Shorts, football shirts, T shirts should not be allowed.

As regular guest I've enjoyed another great stay at the Holiday Inn Resort Waterfront in Batam, offering a wide variety of amenities, food and beverages, sports and relaxation opportunities.
Specifically like to mention the great steak I had made by Ronny and his team of cooks, and the wonderful spa experience and massage from Myrna.
Thanking the team for their excellent services, hospitality and kindness.

My family had a great experience at this hotel. We were able to relax. Went to the spa and the experience was also great. The breakfast spread was also great. My young daughter is a fussy eater but was able to enjoy the breakfast as well.

Highly recomended resort to all who visited Batam.
Full amenites and faclities provided by resort. Great spacious room, free shuttle service to mall, pickup and dropoff at ferry terminal.
Friendly and approachable hotel staffs.
2 thumbs up for Holiday Inn Resort Batam!!
Wil definately visit again in the future.

It has been a great stay. Friendly and great reception by the staff.
The first day I arrived, I informed the front counter that the safe deposit box was unable to use/not functioning well. The technician came at night to look at it and told that they will change a new one the next day.
Unfortunately, nothing was done on my second day the safe deposit box remained unable to lock and functioning properly.
Informed the front desk on the I check out again.
Overall, it was a good experience stay.
