Staff are very nice and polite. Though not much activities in the resort. The rooms are quite dated and need renovations. The rooms are clean though.

Countless stays in this hotel.
I believe the hotel need to renovate the rooms in order to stay competitive in the growing Batam hospitality market.

Location: 30 mins drive from city.
Facilities: normal swimming pool.
Service: Great service, friendly staffs.
Food & beverage: poolside cafe restaurant. Expensive.

I really enjoy my staycation there and have my relax time with my wife although it's raining day the weather very cool and windy and defenetly will come again maybe this december
Bad Customer Service Experience

From the start of check in to all you can eat BBQ buffet that has nothing you can eat as most food is finish and they doesn’t want to even top up after ask countless times that led us to order from the Ala carte menu and end up paying for both. All the way to check out. It was bad, it feels like I’m paying to do my own stuff. I had to take raw egg and bring it to the egg station to get a sunny side up at breakfast,thank god i didn’t have to fry it as well.

Totally disappointed with this property. The hotel needs a huge makeover. Everything is too old and dated to be of relevance in the resorts market.

Improve on room service, food served cold and not tasty. Ask or give option to recycle or change towels. Add more lights on the way to Chinese restaurant.
