The best time at Dea Sea!

We stayed 1 night with 2 kids and had absolutely fantastic time!! Everything from welcome drink, nice clean room, super nice and helpful staff, delicious dinner buffet and breakfast, pool, sea to generally nice and clean facilities was just perfect! We really enjoyed our stay and felt like home. If we ever come back to Dead sea we will definitely choose Holiday Inn again...

Very bad service
Nobody welcomes me at reception as IHG member
-I got a dirty room (not ready)
-Rate was not as the confirmation number i got and i refuse to pay more so they had to chage change it
-NO body welcome me as Ihg member
Will try again in august to see improvement

I had to ask for my benefits as welcoming amenities / welcome drink hard or soft when I check in , also breakfast and dinner quality need improvement as it is not like before

the worst breakfast experience the food quality is very cheap and not good even the basics is not good the coffee maschine the juice the overall fruit and pastries everything is bad

I have been to Jordan five times and checking out different hotels to stay for beautiful experiences. I decided to try this hotel being pictures and rating seemed exciting. It is definitely not rated at level advertising and the service is lacking in many areas for the price around . I like room service for relaxation and privacy with my view . The wait times are very long , sometimes over a hour and missing items, cold from sitting , and poor communication carrying out orders . They don’t get college if can’t understand. They force you to accept pizza and burgers for entire 19 day stay instead of honoring food menu listed . Finally after complaint they adjusted the menu . They forget clean robes after taking from rooms . The lifeguard makes you feel like not having fun and want to stay in room for forcing and touching guests to take shirt off for pool but letting other guests wear same fabric in pool .I extended my time in Jordan and thought would offer discount bc of all this and stayed long with them already and they quoted me higher than booking .com by reception . So I went to highest rated and more expensive hotel in area - Kempinski hotel and I have stayed everywhere and it is true to its rating and service . It’s exceptional. You get what you pay for and I thought I would get it here but you won’t . So spend the difference to get amazing service .
