My second time at the Holiday Inn Dead Sea location and the place does not stop to amaze me.
This time with family and yet again everything was more than I was expecting.
The staff went above and beyond and impressed not only by their professionalism but first and foremost with their natural hospitality and approach to guests (not just me or my family).
Thanks again for this excellent service and hope to be back some time.

Please take care of the heating and cooling systems for the rooms, as I faced some disturbances, the room was very warm and I could not sleep comfortably

We really enjoyed our stay very much , we were served in an excellent way , we loved the sea especially the chance to cover our body with the mud which was served next to the sea , I would like to thanks allthe stuff in the hotel they were really great

one of the better hotels. easy access to dead sea with beach chairs. the dead sea is opened for day use for non-hotel guests.
had a nice heated pool though another pool is not open / having renovation, but does not affect me.
the only thing is the food/drink area at the pool is not opened.
comfortable room. staff upgraded me to a room with nice sun set / dead sea view.

Would like to thank all staff, specifically Mr.odai of guest relations.
We normally enjoyed the gathering of the family's, few months ago were were at the crown plaza, and thus time with you, we were 5 rooms and we sll enjoyed the stay to the maximum,,, the only complain was about the jakozi it was not clean, but the staff cleaned it later on. The water in the swimming pool was cold.
Otherwise all great.

I have visited Dead Sea holiday inn about 10 times and every time I’m never disappointed The service is great your always greeted with a friendly smile and hello the service is quick and everyone is very professional and helpful if anyone was to ask me if I recommend holiday inn dea sea I would say without a doubt 10 stars
