Great staff at this hotel. Very friendly and helpful. The cupboard has a variety of fun games to choose from as well! The only downside of this property is the coffee. Most IHG hotels have GREAT coffee- do yourself a favor and bring your own.

Room smelled horribly with smoke, especially in the bathroom. Sink in bathroom clogged, disgusting... Kids running up and down the halls late at night.
Ladies at the desk was very nice.

Lots of space. Clean and comfy

I arrived after midnight because that’s when my flight landed and the front desk agent was chipper and willing to help check me in. Bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfy. Loved how much space there was in the kitchen. If I was staying long term it would have been utilized a lot more but I could see how helpful it would be!

The staff here are awesome, the hotel is always clean and comfortable, and I always feel like I made the right decision when I stay here. I stay here at least two times a week and I find myself looking forward to staying as it's like my second home now.
