Not the best Hotel

The room was awful. The walls were dirty. The tv remote has the batteries covered in tape. Part of the remote was missing. The toilet seat did not fit the bowl completely. There were bugs in the bathroom. The alarm clock was dirty. There were stains on the desk and nightstand. The attend was not friendly and sat down the whole time. They are under renovations and to get nww towels, I had to take my old ones to the front desk.

Always accommodating and flexible for me and my travel plans, which change on almost each stay. There seems to be improvements to the property on each trip. I can always count on the staff whether I extend or cut my trip short

I really enjoy the suite, particularly room 315. The manager and front desk staff keeps up with booking my rooms for months end and how they treat me everyday. I really like the improvements on the bathrooms.

The room accommodations were exactly what we needed, however this hotel is right next to an Amtrak train route. These trains are very loud when they roll by and our room was facing the train tracks. This made for a stay that was less relaxing than we had hoped.
Bed was very comfortable. TVs were large. Plenty of closet space.

This hotel was very nice. It served our purposes and was very comfortable. Check in and out was easy and fast. Overall, we enjoyed out time there and would stay again.

My family and I stay here while in VA because it is convenient to my family member's house. The property is quiet and the stay is always so professional and pleasant. It could use some upgrades but I've never had a bad stay here even during COVID.
I love the fact the 7-ELEVEN is adjacent to the property (walking distance) and McDonald's is next door.
It is always pleasure to stay here and that's why I keep coming back! Keep up the good work.

I had a very nice stay. The receptionist was very nice. Although I did not recommend being on the first floor when I
made my reservations, I like to thank her for being so kind in making the changes upon my arrival.

The staff was cheerful and helpful, but the property is worn and not well cleaned. Odd bad food odors in the hallways and hairs in our bathroom.

We were very happy with the size and comfort of the suite. The bathroom was very nice and clean. The hotel was very quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will recommend this hotel.

This was an okay spot for a one night stay, but it was definitely an older hotel and not super kept up with. The room itself was neat and clean, but the hotel is old and doesn’t look great.

I was impressed by the friendly staff. Very knowledgeable about the area and all amenities offered at the location. My room was very clean and had everything needed for my stay. The only negative was the lack of selection in the cupboard for dinner foods.
