Staff was not polite to the point she told me we are sorry we are fully booked although we received a notice of confirmation. Anout 3 bedroom apartment
After very bad experience negotiating with the Moroccan lady. We had to accept the offer
Second. The hotel has small breakfast. Lounge all guests who came around 9 30 had to wait at least 30 minutes standing up cause not enough chairs in the lobby

استقبال ممتاز والغرف واسعه نظيفه راقيه والخدمة سريعه والطاقم ودود للغاية
ارشحه للعوائل الكبيرة لأن لديهم شقق فندقيه ايضاً ولكن لا يوجد به نادي للاطفال والمسبح مكشوف وينفع للاطفال والعمق ١.٢ فقط
يوجد مطاعم روعه الافطار لذيننننننننن

From start to finish it is the best hotel i have ever stayed in and let me say i have stayed in hundreds , srikant who checked me in was so knowledgable about the hotel and doha was so helpful and such a nice guy . I will 100 % stay here again and soon . The hotel is fabulous and the rooms are the best on doha so far . Modern and comfortable and so homely cant wait to return .

Amazing staff, friendly and professional from front office team (Isaah,sukayna,and leo)this is one of our favorite hotel in doha. The room is spacious and clean, will come back again with the family. Welldone team keep it up

Our apartment was absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect. Clean. Modern. Beautifully designed and high tech.
10/10 would come here again and again.
My only critique:
The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of items, though the layout and setup made it somewhat difficult to access the food comfortably. Many of the serving utensils, such as tongs and spoons, frequently fell on the floor, especially when children were serving themselves, which made it challenging to maintain hygiene. Additionally, there were too many elements that required guests to touch shared surfaces, such as opening drawers to access the breads. This setup was concerning, especially as many people didn’t seem to follow proper hygiene practices. In terms of food selection, while the Indian cuisine options were plentiful, there was a noticeable lack of variety for those seeking more traditional continental breakfast items. For example, the quality of the breads was disappointing, and there weren’t many high-quality jams or spreads available. Simple items like butter had to be requested separately, leading to delays. Improving both the variety and quality of these items, along with a more accessible, touch-free setup, would greatly enhance the overall experience.
