Great environment and service

The hotel was built of traditional style ;birds, ducks, peacocks, lake and the courtyard are very nice. And the hotel location is very good, close to the Buyecheng. The hotel service is also excellent, all the staff are professional and friendly.

Was here for 3N stay and was impressed by Chef Concierge (Mario) hospitality. He was the only one who helped us out when my partner was having food poisoning when we first checked in. My partner recovered on his 3rd day and we could proceed with our holiday.
Housekeeping was accomodating and provided us more water to keep us hydrated. Reception was patience with us going to them almost everyday on different request.
Thanks Hualuxe for the great stay, I’ll recommend friends and relative to come too! Beautiful property!
A beautiful cultural experience and comfortable stay

Beautiful beautiful hotel with an amazing delicious breakfast!!!!! The garden was quite peaceful and it would be so lovely to sit and relax outside when the weather is warmer than February. I loved the enriching cultural touches in the room like the bilingual Chinese classics books, the traditional loose leaf tea set, and the Chinese fruit plate! (the loose leaf tea and fruit didn't just look thematic, they were very delicious.) The room was comfortable and great to enjoy tea on the couch with my local friend and rest our tired feet. I really appreciated that my room and the hotel are somewhere I can have an authentic Xi'an experience, away from the busy crowds nearby. I loved the location and being close to the Dayan Pagoda. Really appreciated the complimentary Tang Paradise tickets. I hope to stay here again when I return to Xi'an with husband, I think it will be quite romantic!

the staff who name is 樱花 Angel give a wonderful welcome 1 day before check in and confirmed the all details including executive lounge，breakfast and the ticket reservation fo datangfurongyuan park. and I had got a very good live experience in this hotel which had a long history since 1987 and have quiet and beautiful living enviroment，good countyard and tree design from oversea. I was very honor to live in this hotel and will visit again in the near future.

I do love the scenery and the service that the hotel offered. The staffs are so thoughtful and friendly. They really cared our feeling and provided free entry ticket for another interesting. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Reception needs improving. I checked in with no explanation of the basics e.g. hotel facilities, breakfast details. For an IHG property,, this is very poor. In day 2, breakfast area wanted to charge me for breakfast but strangely did not t mention this on day 1 or even at check in. The guys at the door and the team who arranged my transportation were great. Overall would not stay here again

Property is ideally located near pedestrian street with Nightly attractions for snacks and street performances. Inside and around property is very quiet. Also the hotel is just next to the Big Goose Pagoda, famous sights of China.
Great location but no executive lounge

The location is great. Just next to the pagoda. However, the executive lounge was closed (due to poor business?) which was a letdown for a property like HUALUXE. I booked this hotel mainly because I expected one. Also, the room service menu is very limited. Only some Asian dishes but no proper sandwiches. Overall clean and nice.

My first time to stay Hualux. This property is beautiful and charming, close to 大唐不夜城, 大雁塔 within walking distance. Great for staying in Xian but the breakfast. The selection is limited.
The staff on the front desk is helpful with hospitality. I have to express my gratitude to Miss Lo (冰月Jenny). She did a lot to arrange my ticket to the park, even she was off from work. Her warming and professional service made my wonderful holiday in Xian.

I want to thank all the staff at this hotel who made my day with a great set up for my purpose event, they made beautiful doves on the bed, with cake in room, and a fantastic service overall within my 4 night's stay
