On one side of the room, the chefs are cooking right there during the live cooking demonstration. On the other side, you can prepare your own salad, exactly to your liking. Once a week, there's also a section dedicated to tapas, another to cheese, another to seafood and another serving every kind of tortilla. And we can't forget the cakes and fruit for dessert and the typical Majorcan dishes, served once a week, such as frito mallorquín, sobrasada, pa amb oli, tumbet, and much more.
