    Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by nice room The room was nice, that was the nicest part of our experience. I booked the hotel online which was supposed to include a valet package which as soon as I booked I called and the lady on the phone stated that valet was for sure included. Then of course I get to the hotel and they know of such a deal where valet is included so then I called the number that I called to begin with and this time there was no record of that package. Finally after the 3rd time of the front desk attendant going back and talking to the manager, he finally comes out. After 45 minutes we finally got checked in get up to the room and they put us in a 2 double room not the king room that I paid for. So I get to go back down to the front desk and request another room. But the room was nice and clean. 14 April 2015
    Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Logistical Problems We stayed here because our friends were having a wedding reception. We love the hotel. The process of staying there was pretty difficult. I made my original reservation for April 11-12. A week before, i called to see if we might add an additional night. I spoke with a very helpful person who added the night, gave me a second confirmation number, and said she was "linking our confirmation numbers" so that we wouldn't have to move rooms. When we checked in on 4/10 (the added night), they didn't seem to have any record of my request. Nonetheless, the staff member was helpful and upgraded our room to a King suite, which was great. She also said she had us down for two nights and we wouldn't have to move rooms. The following morning, we had a checkout folio under our door. I remember receiving a text to let the hotel know if we needed anything, so I texted my concern that they thought we were checking out. Received a note back that a staff member would be in touch with us. Never heard another thing. Later that afternoon, we went up to check out the pool. When we returned, an hour before we needed to be downstairs at the wedding reception, none of our room keys worked. My husband went downstairs and 20 minutes later (now with just 40 minutes to get 4 of us ready for the reception) returned with new keys - saying, they had no record of us and thought we had checked out! He had to put the second night on a different credit card and they didn't include that we were IHG Rewards members. I again texted the number I was given sharing my frustration with being locked out of our room (with all our things inside) - no response. We loved the hotel but the customer care on this particular visit was really appalling. 13 April 2015
