Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor welcome at check-in This is my second time to stay at this hotel, welcome at check in was poor , no effort made to accommodate a request for a better room . wrongly asked to pay more for a room change by the receptionist , when other members of my group did not have this though they were paying same rate and not IHG rewards members. Building work outside the my hotel room started at 3 am and lasted 2 hours which disrupted sleeping. July 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Average experience We had stayed for two stints of three nights each all within a week. The hotel is located in a good location and the standard rooms were what you would expect. We had got the breakfast package and by far the worst mistake and the most disappointing experience I have had staying in hotels. The staff is plain and simple rude most of the days. Throwing cutlery on table and in general rude in responses. I did see that their behavior towards Indians was different than other guests. Lastly, for 6 days the buffet menu did not change which got us skipping breakfast towards the latter part of the stay. Overall a pretty average stay and not value of money (at least the rates I paid). July 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Experience at the Grand Stanford High standard quality and attention to the details makes Intercontinental Hotels a unique experience . In this specific beautiful location restaurant choices are great and the view of the Harbour is magnificent There's a great running path front of the harbour (go toward Hung hom so you can run w/o bumping on tourists) . The only (personally) neagative side for me it's the roftop pool : great place to chill out but useless for swimmers like me who needed to do laps for my training and I couldn't do my workout in there . Gym is also quite small but at least functional machines are in there .even if cross fit tools/space is missing July 23, 2015
