This winter, we host Shooting Stars Pays The Rent, a free exhibition by photographer and filmmaker Steve Read. Drawn from his cinematic archive, it fills The Refuge with raw, unretouched portraits of music, film and pop culture icons from the turn of the millennium, giving Manchester an unfiltered glimpse of Hollywood grit and glamour.
