1. Four Hand Dinner 

Michelin Chef Giuseppe and Oku Chef de Cuisine Andy 

An exclusive collaboration with Chef Giuseppe, bringing the essence of Innocenti Evasioni - Michelin star restaurant from Milan to our culinary scene. Oku will set the stage for a two-night 4-hands dinner, where chef Andy and chef Giuseppe will engage in a culinary dialogue that explores contrast and harmony. The concept revolves around the intersection of high-end ingredients and iconic Milanese comfort food, creating an experience that is both refined and evocative.​

Expect a fascinating contrast between Wagyu beef and veal kidney, a meeting of luxury and tradition, where depth of flavor and technique take center stage.​ Michelin-Level execution vs. authentic street classics, where a tribute to Milan’s dual identity as both an epicentre of fine dining and a city rich in beloved, humble dishes.​ It is an immersive culinary journey where guests will witness the fusion of two distinct culinary backgrounds, storytelling through dishes that evoke emotion, nostalgia, and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship.​
