Breakfast is super good. Tacos. Staff is great, very friendly. Room is newly renovated. Request for late check out for son to take shower after “spend a night with cadet” at Texas A&M.
Overall experience is excellent.
Awful Accommodation

Where to start?! You pull up to what you think should be the front of the hotel and wonder where the entrance is located. It’s dark and difficult to find. Once you walk in you think it might not be that bad. Just wait…the elevators are some of the worst I’ve experienced…anywhere. Dirty, old, broken-looking. Get to our room and it’s no better. The room is grungy. The bathroom door won’t close. The bunk beds are small, with a weight limit that won’t accommodate most adults, and shaky/creaky. We quickly found a new hotel. I dropped keys at front desk. Couldn’t talk to staff so called later - was met with “oh that’s too bad”. So disappointed with that response and the fact that this place is called “boutique”. Don’t spend your money here.

I booked through IHG. The description said newly remodeled great hotel. No. This was a less than desirable hotel stay. The tv did not work. The sliding door for bathroom made a loud sound when opening and closing. The thermostat on the antiquated heating and cooling system didn’t work. The towels and bed linens were very worn. We had 1 wash cloth for 2 people. I could go on, but I think you get it. Terrible.

This property was absolutely fabulous!!! We did have a problem but contacted the front desk and they discounted our stay. The problem was not big either. We would definitely stay again!

Positives: room was clean, bed was fairly comfortable, front desk friendly and helpful
I can’t believe this is a IHG property. Obviously no corporate person has ever seen this hotel or they would not put their name on it.
Weird location with weird front entrance. The interior looks like an industrial aesthetic gone wrong until you realize that it’s not intentional, it’s just poor quality. Elevators are scarily constructed with panels loose from the wall. Electrical outlets that don’t have sheetrock meeting the edges, no caulking around plumbing fixtures.
It just looks like a half finished construction site. Carpet in room was stained, refrigerator and AC made weird noises.
Breakfast was barely edible the first morning and NOT edible the second.
Would have left after first night but for location and that it was quiet.
