Great place to stay

By

This is our second time staying here in the last 6 months. The staff are all very friendly and their customer service is excellent. We get a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite so that our family of 5 has room to spread out, not all hotels offer suites this big. We would definitely stay here again.

Rented room. Asked for upgrade they said that they could not accommodate even though I am a Gold Member. Got in room and the AC was not working properly. It would cool for awhile than shut down. I was too tired to pack back up and move to another room. Told front desk the next day about the AC hoping they would send a tech to fix it while i was out. Nope never heard from them again. Also lamp had broken switch and tub and the fixtures starting to come unscrewed. The breakfast was poor qualty (Rolls and gravy most of the time). The dinner that they offered was real bad. Three meatballs in a little bowl and frito chips. Looks like they are running out of money and are cutting their food program and are serving what they have left in the pantry. Which is bad
